Kollagerie — Deleting Your Data

English companion to the authoritative German page datenloeschung.html (hosted at kollagerie.de/datenloeschung). The German version governs under German law.

In short

Kollagerie stores all data exclusively locally on your device. There is no user account and no server on which we would store data about you. There is therefore no account-based deletion on our side — you have full control over deletion yourself at any time.

1. Delete local app data

The technical settings the app stores locally (onboarding state, export preferences, a reference to the last saved collage) can be deleted via the Android system settings:

Settings → Apps → Kollagerie
Storage → Clear data (or "Clear storage")

This irreversibly removes all local app data.

2. Uninstall the app completely

Uninstalling the app automatically removes all local app data as well.

3. Your photos and saved collages

Photos you select and collages you save reside in your gallery / device storage and belong to you. They are not removed automatically when you clear the app data or uninstall. Manage and delete them as usual via your gallery or files app.

4. PLUS purchase (in-app purchase via Google Play)

If you purchased "PLUS", that purchase is managed via Google Play. Matters relating to the purchase (refunds, retention, deletion of your Google account data) are governed by Google's rules and tools. We ourselves store no purchase or payment data.

5. Server-side data

No personal data is stored on our servers, as the app transmits no data to us. There are therefore no data sets to delete on our side and no statutory retention periods on our part.
