Instructions on withdrawal

As of: 29 June 2026 · Applies to the paid in-app purchase “PLUS” of the app Kollagerie. No revocable contract arises from the free use of the app.

Draft — to be reviewed by a lawyer before going live. These instructions are a draft and do not constitute legal advice. In particular, it must be clarified whether, for distribution via Google Play, Google acts as the seller/contracting party (Merchant of Record) towards the consumer — in which case the right of withdrawal is primarily directed against Google and its terms. These instructions are drafted for the case where the provider is the contracting party of the purchase.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (purchase of the PLUS unlock) within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Informatikbüro Sedlmeier, owner Matthias Sedlmeier, Köppelsdorfer Str. 40, 96515 Sonneberg, info@ib-sedlmeier.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If payment was made via Google Play, the refund is processed via Google Play.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 356(5) BGB)

The PLUS unlock is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires early if

  • you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract (the unlock) before the end of the withdrawal period, and
  • you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins, and
  • we have provided you with a confirmation of this.

By purchasing and immediately unlocking the PLUS features, you give this express consent and confirm your awareness of the expiry of the right of withdrawal.
