Kollagerie — Withdrawal for Purchases via Google Play

Effective date: 6 July 2026 · Applies to the paid in-app purchase PLUS of the app Kollagerie. No revocable contract arises from the free use of the app.

Kollagerie PLUS is offered exclusively as an in-app purchase via Google Play. The seller and contractual partner of this purchase is Google Commerce Limited (Ireland), not Informatikbüro Sedlmeier.

Purchase, withdrawal, and refund are governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal; for digital content it lapses when you consent to immediate provision in the purchase dialog (§ 356(5) German Civil Code, BGB). The full withdrawal instruction, including a model form for the withdrawal, is provided by Google during checkout and in the Play Terms.
